I bought a 25 pack of these blades a year ago after receiving one free from Bosch through an advertisement in a trade magazine. They don't cut as fast as some other blades but they are the toughest I've ever used. I cut up a bunch of steel well pipe 2" in diameter with one blade in a light duty Makita recip and was surprised at how well it worked. These blades are thick, so making plunge cuts are a breeze. I don't bend blades and have to straighten them with pliers all the time. For cutting metal, nail embedded wood, plaster walls, plunge cuts, and when you need some precision out of your recip saw, I highly recommend this blade.
