This review is from: Bosch CB1060 10-Inch 60 Tooth ATB Crosscutting Saw Blade with 5/8-Inch Arbor (Tools & Home Improvement)
I bought the 60 tooth version since it's only half the price of the 80-tooth version. I have completed a raised panel maple door and several mini projects building various stands and cabinets with this blade. The blade is used primarily for cross cuts, and occasionally rip cuts and sheet ripping. It has lived up to all the tasks I have thrown at it. After about 200 cuts going through hard maple, pine, redwood, there is absolutely no signs of wear or dulling on the carbide teeth. Also as a good habit, I always clean the blade with Simple Green and lubricate it after each major project.

The cuts it produced is very smooth. Cross cut surface on hard maple is almost shiny. Rip cut, if fed at a constant rate, is join ready right off the saw. Tear out at the exit is minimum compared to the stock blade that came with my Bosch tablesaw. But as good practice, one should use a zero clearance throat plate to make furniture grade cross cuts.

This blade is suitable for almost all of the tasks in a garage woodshop, including cabinetry and door making. I really don't see the reason to spend twice the money for a 80-tooth version. Definitely a five star.

Update: Since I bought this a year go, I've done quite a few more projects. I've cross cut and ripped no less than 500 ft of 3/4 and 4/4 mahogany. The blade is still as sharp as new. The cuts it produced is still smooth as the day I received it. My next project is to build some outdoor furnitures using goncalo alves, which notorious for its hardness and blunting effect on tools. I'll see how this blade holds up to that task.
