This little "giant" of a machine is remarkable! My wife ditched her Wolfgang Puck Bistro Mixer for this little baby and hasn't regretted it one bit. Strong, quiet, versatile. If you can find one, don't hesitate to grab it!! You won't be sorry. Handles bread doughs with ease.
