Offering an exceptionally compact and lightweight design, the durable, powerful Bosch DDB180-02 18-volt 3/8-inch cordless drill/driver gives you high-quality results on the job while helping you work for hours with less fatigue. Featuring Durashield housing to guard against wear and tear, the DDB180-02 utilizes an 18-volt lithium-ion battery that provides 35 percent more runtime and two times the recharge cycles of its competitors. It includes two Slim Pack 18-volt lithium-ion batteries, and the DDB180-02 can drive approximately 160 3-inch screws per battery charge.
The DDB180-02 works at two speeds--400 RPM and 1,300 RPM--and provides 400 inch/pounds of torque, which is enough to drive most common fasteners and drill bits. Durashield housing, unibody construction, and a steel-reinforced collar help you withstand real-world conditions, like temperature extremes, rain, dirt, debris, and drops.
The DDB180-02's Durashield housing is constructed with ABS/Nylon composite, which makes the housing flexible and impenetrable. Unlike competitive tools, which use a conventional plastic housing, Durashield will not crack and can easily withstand 10-foot drops.
With 15 clutch settings and a variable-speed trigger, you'll be able to match the best speed to the job and achieve more precise results. The unique Electronic Motor Protection (EMP) feature automatically switches the motor off when it stalls, helping to prevent it from burning out.
This drill/driver is wrapped in a soft-grip housing that fits comfortably in your hand for extended working time, and it includes an LED light to ensure visibility in low-lit areas. It comes with a 3/8-inch keyless chuck. The DDB180-02 is backed by a 1-year limited warranty.
Like all tools in Bosch's 18-volt line, this drill/driver can be used with either a Slim Pack battery (two included) or a 2.6-Ah BAT618 Fat Pack. If you're looking for a lighter-weight option, the Slim Pack is the perfect choice. If longer runtime is what you need, the Fat Pack will do the job.
Drill/driver; two 18-volt lithium-ion Slim Pack batteries (BAT607); 45-minute fast battery charger (BC630); double-sided Philips drive bit; storage clip; hard carrying case
Wonderful. Powerful, high speed and relatively light. I can't find a problem. Have used for several months. I'll buy Bosch again.Published 1 month ago by Intruder
Great drill. Used to buy Dewalt, then Porter Cable, both of which are substandard now. Have gone to Makita and Bosch for all our tools at the ranch and the crystal quarry.Published 1 month ago by Mark W. Hooper
A great drill at a great price. Heavy duty and batteries hold charge for all day work. Would highly recommend this brand of power tool. Read morePublished 2 months ago by Craig C.
I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He says the tools work very well and the battery holds the charge for an extended period of time. He is very happy.Published 2 months ago by MG
Good batteries, and good performance. Last long enough in use for the spare batter to be charged, so
you do not have to stop working-just keeps on going.
