Designed for use with all Bosch stand mixer/kitchen machines whose model numbers begin with MUM 6, MUM 7, and MEK 7, the three tips in this set attach to Bosch's MUZ 7 FW1 and MUZ 6 FW2 meat grinders for stuffing various size sausages--small, medium, and large. Made of stainless steel, the tips also are perfect for shaping croquettes and dumplings.

Also available for fitting onto the meat grinder are the following accessories: MUZ 4 LS2, a set of two disks with smaller (2-millimeter) and larger (6-millimeter) perforations than the 4.5-millimeter disk accompanying the meat grinders; MUZ 7 RV1, a grater for nuts and breadcrumbs; and MUZ 7 NV1, a set of 13 disks for extruding various pasta shapes. --Fred Brack

This universal Sausage Stuffer Attachment includes three (3) sizes of sausage extruding tubes, 1/2", 3/4", 1 1/4" for stuffing different sizes of sausages and shaping croquettes and dumplings. All three attach to the Meat Grinder for both the Universal or Concept Series Mixers. This Product requires Meat Grinder Attachment.

Other than finding the right size for the right casings, the only thing, is the edges are a bit sharp and one has to be careful about pulling the casing on or they will tear easy.
