Thats what i like about Bosch, their products are well thought out. Having purchased the PowerBox and then being able to add an Ipod to it makes sense.

With other radio's i would have had to rig some kind of attachment to get this result.

Although somewhat difficult to open, (may get easier over time), this accessory is a must have and serves the purpose. Easy to install, (read the directions!) and fits any ipod with the half dozen inserts included. You have to open the case to change settings, a bit of a hassle but if you're just shuffling through the day it's lovely.

note: I had to adjust tone on the Boschbox to get more volume, which is another slight drawback

This seems like a good product in theory but you are much better off just buying a mono auxillary cord. Something with this product causes distortion while playing. i returned it after only two days.

The product was not very specific as what I-Pod could be use. We have the I-Touch Pod which does not fit this model.

Would not make this purchase again. The adaptor for the I-Pod "Nano" is diametrically opposed to the input on the unit. As a result, the adaptor is useless, leaving the I-Pod loose and difficult to set. Also, the window on the Dock falls out constantly, leaving the Dock open to sawdust, etc.

Protects the i pod from scratches, bangs, water and other harmful elements such as small children and bad adults. Hard to open but that's a good thing. I have used this next to several pools, lakes, rives and it has survived a great deal in the time I have owned it. I have taken it from work to home and multiple parties. I highly recommend it!

Works but causes a loud feedback hum on the Bosch radio resulting in a less than quality sound. Somewhat overpriced but does solve the problem of protecting your Ipod. From a convience standpoint,would probably purchase again.

I'm in the construction field and subject my radio to some tough conditions. I had my doubts about how well this would work. It works flawless. The dock stays secure to my radio and i've never had dirt enter and get to my ipod. The door is a little hard to open but I think that is a good thing. I would recommend this to everyone. It really does expand the versatility of your ipod.

This thing is still going strong after 4+ years on the job! I have NEVER had an issue with distortion or problems with durability. Awesome!

This thing works great. The only thing I could see improving it would be the addition of an ipod remote so you don't have to open the door to choose a track. A minor gripe considering we generally just hit the shuffle button and let the thing play all day.

It comes with a bunch of adapters for different models but it looks like the new ones (Nano 3rd gen and iPod touch) are not supported. Maybe by the time you read this they will be.
