Bosch TS1000 Table Saw Portable Folding Stand

I am a trim carpenter and need to move my stuff around a lot.Over the years, I have tried several job site table saw arrangments ranging from working on my knees on the floor to various cobbled up home made rigs, to a Delta in a Rouseau stand (which was quite nice) But I will now quit looking for a better way! This stand is well worth the price. It has to be the quickest of any I have ever seen to set up.Quicker and easier than the Rouseau You just squeeze the handles and it opens up and locks. You set the saw on and you are in business.Just as quick to take down. It is great for moving from room to room if you need to. It's like having a contractors' saw that you can pick up and run with. The construction is bomb proof, and the saw is rock steady to work on. There is slight lateral movement if you grab the saw and shake it, but in use, I never notice any movement. It is so nice, that I am selling a contractor's saw thatI have in my shop at home, as the Bosch is a nicer saw and this stand just makes it even more convienant to use. If you are spending the bucks for the Bosch saw go ahead and get the stand, they deserve each other

They advertise it as being universal but I have a new skil 10 table saw and it fell thru the opening in the stand.
I had to buy a 3/4 plywood to make a base for it to fit, but I like the concept of the stand. They should note the opening size for the base but they don't and I had to buy it then find out later.

Purchased Bosch Table Saw 4100 without stand - did not have room to store saw with wheeled stand - as alternate purchased this table saw stand. Stand works great, high quality, easy to set up and tear down. I added two 1x3s on each end to bolt table saw on. Very stable and perfect height.

Perfect addition to my tool shed! Folds up neatly and perfect to store away and keeps the clutter in the shed neat! Works well with the Ryobi Saw that I have! Will recommend this item to my friends!

I recently purchased the Bosch contractors table saw and was looking for a stand other than the gravity stand, due to the cost. The TS1000 appeared to be the answer, so I ordered it. The stand is very solid and and the quality appears to be excellent. However, the contrators table saw does not fit to my liking. The top surface of the TS1000 has a lip and at first glance it appears the saw will fit into the lip. The saw sits on the bottom of the saw housing and not on the four feet of the saw. To correct this, I cut four 3" X 3" pieces of wood, placed them in each corner of the stand, drilled 1/4" holes in the wood pieces and bolted the saw to the stand. Now the saw sits level to the stand and is raised slightly above the stand lip, with the saw resting of all four feet. Problem solved and all works perfectly. With this minor correction, I would recommend this stand to anyone looking to save a few bucks and still have a solid stand. If your looking for a wheeled, portable stand, this is not the answer and you may have to spend the extra money for the gravity stand.

Very solid, does what it claims.
