This hose will fit most vacuums on the big end and the small
end is not as pictured. The swivel fitting on the small end
fits over 27mm ribbed tool fittings like Festool sanders. The
outside will fit inside Festool saw dust port openings. The
end fitting looks and feels identical to a Festool fitting.

Obviously, there will be compatibility with Bosch dust ports
as well. All this stuff is designed in one relatively small
area of Germany by engineers who hop from company to company.
The Bosch and Festool tools are said to be made in the same
factories as well. As far as I can tell, this is virtually the
same as a Festool hose in all factors that matter.

Very good quality and lightweight hose for almost any U.S. spec. wet/dry vac. The 16+ foot length is perfect. The smaller end fits snugly (difficult to mount at first) on all of my Bosch sanders with the small outlet tube. Sanding with a vac is much more comfortable due to the extremely light weight. It also fits perfectly on the new Bosch Glide Miter Saw.

I needed a shopvac hose that would fit into a variety of tools. The Bosch fits the majority of my power tools, as a matter of fact, you would be hard pressed to tell the bosch hose from the festool anti static hose! The nozzle at the tool end looks like it came from the same factory.
As others have said, the picture supplied on Amazon is inaccurate. I have posted a photo I took with my iphone of the hose I purchased.

This hose works great as a replacement for the original hose on my Rigid vac from home depot. it fits perfect and is long enough to actually use as opposed to the 5' long factory hose.

This hose works well on my CT26. The hose itself is a good length for general cleanup, and resists kinking. It fits my Festool track saw, but I prefer the original hose for that application due to the smaller diameter. I would buy it again, even if just to have a spare on the job site. This hose will also let you hook up a regular 2.25" shop-vac to a Festool tool. I would strongly suggest you buy a real Festool CT though if you can swing it.

I wanted an ext hose for my Sears 5 HP/12 Gal Shop Vac and this did the trick. I had had my heater ducts cleaned about 3 yrs ago, but when recently inspecting with a flash light & mirror, saw a lot of 'stuff' along the main duct run in my Manuf home of 27 YO. I wanted an ext hose just to pickup the large stuff and this hose did it. I pulled out orig unit manufacturing pieces, such as wood trim & outlet panel cutouts, plus large chunks of coagulated dirt/dust that the previous duct cleaning shud have gotten! This hose was flexible and allowed me to move it around in the ducts over extended distances and picked up the large stuff plus much of the loose dust within the ducting. My shop vac ext pieces/attachments fit well using just friction coupling. It was well worth the $36 price as a needed accessory for my $60 Sears shop vac.

After reading the other reviews here, I purchased this hose hoping that it would work with my new Festool HL-850e planer. Well, it does. When I first unpacked the hose I wasn't sure how to connect it to my planer but after unscrewing the small fitting off the hose and looking at the Festool dust port adapter that came with my planer, it was obvious. The Festool dust port adapter screws onto the hose and the large fitting on the hose plugs into my ShopVac perfectly.

I bought this for my Fein vac (as the supplied Fien hose does not fit well with some tools). Works great with Festool, Dewalt and Bosch tools. Has eliminated an adapter for many of my tools.

The quality of the hose is excellent, very flexible but sturdy, it still is a hose and like all hoses you once in a while end up in a wrestling match but that is not the hoses fault if you don't have a bunch of shop stuff close by to get hung up on you are golden.

Be aware it is metric sized it just happens to fit the use for which I got it, check sizes and don't make a mistake be sure it will fit your application, if it does get it...

Looks like a good quality hose. What else can I guy say about a hose.
