We purchased two of this on clearance with pedestals for less than the price of one without the pedestal! Plus our utility has a $100 to $125 energy rebate for each unit! Your local store may have it on clearance too as this is a discontinued model. Had it for one day so this is the first impression.The good: Very smooth and quite with very little vibration, uses very little water too. Cool digital readout. Optional pedestal for storage and unlike the top loader the lady could place stuff on top. Should be able to stack a dryer on top if space is tight. The bad, compared against the wife's 5-year-old standard top loader: Takes twice as long to wash, smaller capacity. Does not rinse well even on the allergy cycle - evidence of soup suds in the bottom of the load. Don't know about mole and smell typical on front loaders, only time will tell for this model. |
