needs adapter to go to your 2 1/2 inch shop vac!!!,

This review is from: Bosch18DC-5E 4 1/2-Inch to 5-Inch Dust Collect Cut Off Guard (Tools & Home Improvement)
First I ordered the Bosch 1810PS grinder then after showering myself with debris and sparks I took the manual seriously which says for cutting masonry you must have the dust extractor, so I ordered it. I am not sure why it was never mentioned when I bought the diamond masonry cutting blade and the grinder together (here online) since they cannot be used together without this device. Now I realize that I need an adapter to hook this up to my standard shop vac which has a 2 1/2" hose. The dust port on this dust extraction guard is 35mm (inner diameter) which isn't stated anywhere but you must infer this from the fact that Bosch says it connects seamlessly to their airsweep vac. Now I go to order this and it is nowhere on amazon but I must order it on another site and though the adapter is only 5 bucks, it'll cost me 12 due to the shipping.
Now I am just wondering what next? I hope I am done and can report good things down the line after finally getting these products functional with the correct accessories.

It's OK but I think it could be better, When you cut concrete floors is a good toy to have because all you need is a small four and half inch grinder and a vacum in the other hand when you need to make cuts on concrete ceiling and beams you need to modify this dust collector to the max. I modify mine now looks diferent an held together with duct tape.
