I un-boxed it and had it hooked up and working in about 25 minutes. I have the BOSE AV-1 2 3II... This on has those brick type of speakers (not cube) I was a little worried that the stands were going to be incompatible but they worked out very well for me.

Buy it, Its way worth the investment. Movies, music, Wii, XBOX have 50% sound quality improvement. Sturdy enough my 2 year old has not knocked them over yet..... Knock on wood! : )

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to assemble the stands and for how adaptable they are. Any Bose speaker will fit on these stands.

OK, these are just speaker stands, but they were absolutely essential for my Bose Cinemate system. They were relatively easy to assemble, but maybe not so for the mechanically challenged.

I wish they were adjustable in height, but they do place the speaker at a uniform distance and height from the main TV. I no longer use the speaker from my LCD TV which had terrible audio.

These stands are essential for the Bose Cinemate system.

Outstanding price from Amazon (<$52)compaired to the MSRP Bose price of $99 for the pair, which is quite pricey from what you would get from Bose. Great height for the speakers and easy setup. I used the speaker stands on the Cinemate GS-II home theater system and the speakers fit perfectly on the stand and the speaker wire was hid beautifully in the slot provided in the stand. The stand does have a heavy base stand on the bottom to provide excellent stability for the speakers. Overall an outstanding buy from Amazon.

These stands are easy to assemble and add to our decor. The arrival of these stands only took a few days. They are sturdy and attractive, I would highly recommend these and the price was the cheapest around.

Great speaker stands ! Very heavy, so not easily tipped over. Great appearance! Speakers are at just the right height when you are seated. I highly recommend these !

The best price that I could find for these. These were easy to assemble. I previously had wall mounts, but the sound from my Bose speakers is so much better with these stands, away from the wall. They are relatively unobtrusive and easy to move around as needed.

When I purchased this product a couple weeks ago I wanted to make sure this purchase was worthwhile. I studied many other speaker stands and it just didn't seem I would have been getting the same quality.

I received this pair a few days ago and originally thought they may be a little complicated to put together. They only took about twenty minutes to assemble and put my cube speakers on. The stands look great and go well with the cube speakers. I am happy I made this investment and will enjoy these for years to come.

They look ok is about the only good thing I can say. Very poor, weak design. For Bose owners these are a rip-off. Bose was so intent that these stands only work with there one little speaker they broke every good design practice by using very small mounting screws with practically no edge distance. So if your speaker ever turns over with Bose little boxes on it you can expect a broker unrepairable stand. Being a design engineer I was able to foil there efforts by carefully oversizing the holes to take a normal screw and adding a second screw into my speaker case at the bottom. It looks great with my Gigaworks THX speakers and is much stronger than what Bose intended. Bose only provided the one undersized screw and a tiny plastic nub at the bottom which is supposed to barely hole the speaker straight. My speakers are now mounted much stronger than Bose's weak engineering and look a sound a lot better. I will be adding pictures of these.

IMPORTANT NOTE: these speaker stands are advertised as 'universal' when in fact they are not. They are designed to only work with one Bose speaker, the small cube. I would have rated as one star but since I was able to mount my speaker even better than they intended, I will give them 2 stars for their failed effort a bad engineering.

The stands are actually better than I expected and work perfectly with my Bose Cinemate system. The height of the speakers is just right for folks who are sitting.
