You need two people to put it together because is heavy; otherwsie is very easy to assemble. I purchased for my new office and I have alot of complements about it. It is a good product. The item arrived before the schedule time.

I generally have success with products I order from Amazon. However, this desk was more hassle than it was worth. I don't know if the desk itself is of adequate quality becuase I never opened the boxes. The first time the desk was delivered, the delivery truck's lift gate was broken so the driver unloaded it at the co-op down the street from my office. My husband and I then had to haul the 200lb desk from the co-op to my office. Because of that hassle, I didn't notice that all four corners of the box were torn open and cracks in the desk panels were visible until well after the delivery truck had left. Amazon customer service was very good about getting a replacement desk to me within approx. 10 days. However, when the second one showed up, it had the same problem as the first, so I refused delivery and returned the first desk as well. I asked for a refund and have not received it yet. I have since found another desk that was more expensive but was packaged properly and didn't have a single scratch on it. Plus, not only did the delivery man (from another delivery service) deliver to my office, he brought the desk inside and unpackaged it for me so I could inspect it before he left. My advice, spend the extra money to avoid the hassles of having to return this desk.

Surprisingly stable reception desk. Good quality piece at a great price. I shopped around and for my needs, this is perfect. Shipping was crazy fast. Assembly was very easy. Overall, I give this unit a thumbs up.

Great Desk,Great Price and fast delivery. No one in town could come close to the price; I almost purchased locally for $349.00, I was presenting my credit card when the clerk told me they didn't stock the desk and it would be a week and a half before they could deliver. I turned and walked out.Checked Amazon, couldn't believe there was my desk for $100.00 less (Brown color) and free shipping. I ordered and to my surprise the desk was at my house in 3 days. It is very heavy, but it is very solid and stable and great looking. I get tons of compliments about the desk. I put it together by myself, but I am very strong and used 3 boxes of copy paper to hold it in place. you will not be sorry with the purchase of this desk.
