I bought this speaker for my 1966 convertible mustang. When I got the car, it had the original paper cone speaker...I bought a specialty speaker at a show to replace it, but I had to deconstruct it to make it fit. Being a convertible, I need a speaker that is going to be loud enough to be heard over road noise. My first one, not so much. This fits the bill beautifully, and I am thrilled to find a speaker that I do not have to completely modify to make it fit. On top of that, the sound quality far exceeds expectations.

Now, my car only has a spot for one speaker, and this did not specify if it was one, or if I was buying a pair. There are two sellers on here, the other is a bit more expensive, but it does specify that you are purchasing a pair. Only needing one, I went for the lower price. Turns out, these are also a pair of speakers. So, if I ever need a backup, I have one at the ready! What a great price for speakers that completely exceed my expectations. I have had this speaker in my mustang for a couple of months now, and am very pleased. It sounds as good playing The Eagles, The Black Crows, and Snow Patrol as it does Disturbed, Korn, or the Drop Kick Murphys...Highly recommend this speaker! Great speaker for any music mood.

Sound is ok at best not alot of bass but they are cheap. I gave them a 5 for price and you have to admit they are pretty but if you are looking to build a high end system you would no be looking at 4x10 anyway

This was put into an 88 Fiero (Countach Replica). The car is very loud, so I was just looking for adequate speakers that fit a 4x10 hole. Not many options for that size these days. These speakers sound good, even with the volume cranked. I use them listening to news (voice) and music (rock). Both sound pretty good. No instructions come with them, but what do really need to know? For the price, I highly recommend them.

Cant complain for the money. These arent infinity speakers or some other expensive high end speakers but for the money (I paid 20.00 dollars for the pair, shipped) I cant complain. These are hooked up only on amplifier from the receiver and they do the job. I dont believe I would hook them up to an external amp with much more power. They were installed in an old s-10 which is my work truck, so to speak.

you get what you pay for these are not high quaility speakers like pioneer or kicker so that being said what i paid i can't complain but if you are going for ultimate system these are good starter speakers but thats it and the guys selling the speakers good guys I swear the speakers came in like 2 days brand new in box would highly order again from this seller

I love them. Put them in with my girlfriend and they sounded better then I thought. I put them in the old holes that my s-10 had and they fit perfect I would buy these again, and they are really cheap and sound amazing!

My husband has been wanting to replace the non working factory speakers in the back of his 91 suburban for a while now. The only thing is my husband doesnt like to spend a lot of money on himself. These were perfect. They give off great sound (you can actually hear them from outside the truck now). My husband had no trouble installing them either. Even though it does not mention it these are sold as a pair (I guess I can play the dumb girl card there because I ordered 2 thinking they were only one for this price and because other speakers say they are sold as a pair). For the price these are great speakers. My husband is so happy with them he is now wanting to replace all the factory speakers in his truck

I dont know if i'm the only ding dong that thought i would only receive one speaker.... other wise happy with product.

Your not buying JL Audio but they sounded as good as my Sony Explode speakers in the dash of my truck. They came with more then enough wire and i wish i could have used the very good looking speaker grills but in my S10 but these nice looking and sounding speakers are hidden behind factory covers.

fit easily into the odd-sized cutouts on my 1964 studebaker. I do not use a power amp, but they play very well for the price.
