First of all let me say Joy did it again with this one. Some series you just get tired of and want something new, but I love the way she took off with Aaliyah in this one while still letting us keep tabs on the real BOSS Precious. Aaliyah is sitting in jail while all her family and friends are trying to find out what really happened that night Justina was shot. A lot of things finally come out in the open and prison has turned Aaliyah into another person. Hopefully one day that Maya will finally get what she deserves. And Genesis is like the mediator in this book, everyone seems to come to him for his advice. Justina, Maya, and Chanal better watch out because Aaliyah and Precious are not the enemies that you want! I am still waiting on that Nico and Precious reunion (crosses fingers) and I have been through with Supreme ever since he slept with Maya. Supreme and Precious really disappointed me in this book, but when Precious falls she gets back up even harder! I read this book in one sitting and as usual it ended with a bang! Can't wait for the next installment, just wish it was a little longer. 5 stars all the way!

Boss Bitch picked right up where it left off in 'Bitch A New Beginning'. Only this time, Aaliyah brought the heat! She finally showed her "Bitch" side & it's very evident she is definitely the seed of Precious Cumming's. After being accused of the murder of Sway Stone, Aaliyah's freedom is put on the line. While she sits in her jail cell waiting on her fate to be determined, her heart hardens & evil thoughts of payback consume her mind, day in & day out. If you thought Aaliyah was a bitch before, she's THE BITCH now; a "BOSS BITCH". Deja brought it with this one & it reminded me of why I first fell in love with The Bitch Series. It took me a few pages to really get hooked, but after I was there, I stayed there, lovin' it 'til the end!

I loved the entire Bitch series, but I'm very disappointed with the length of the book,I anticipated the wait,I read the book in a few short hours, just as I was really into it with my eyes glued to my kindle, bam! its the end,and as long as it took to release this book I feel like it should have took me 2 days to finish it. Don't get me wrong,I loved it and have no other choice but to wait for the next installment, but I really hope its longer with less typos,oh yes, there were typos.

Maya needs 6 feet,I'm still rooting for Supreme and Precious to work it out, being married is for better or worse,Niko needs to let go and find a new love, and Amir and his dad are so much alike as far as trying to be there for everyone. Its a good book just hurry it up with the next one.

Teens like Aliyah always find out the hard way, like most teens she's making problems for herself and adding havoc to her already problematic family, she has it all, she's spoiled and wants more and has'nt realized how blessed she is,she reminds me so much of my daughter.

I was glad that Aaliyah had a chance to start her life over, however, I did not like the chooses that she made. I hoped that she and Amir would work things out.... Precious & Supreme had some issues that hopefully be resolved in the next book. Aaliyah has no idea what she has gotten involved in.. This was a good read, I just wish that the book did not leave me hanging... Overall a good read... There were lots of surprises in the book that I would never have imagined...

We're back with the crew precious & supreme still can't seem 2 get it together & after it like 19 years of marriage it comes to & end (I really hope he misses her & takes her back). Aaliyah is still sitting in jail fighting for her life but here we see her come into her own & prove she is her mothers daughter. Joy deja king is an author who can do no wrong with her pen game you never feel like the story is just dragging along & there's always drama & action going on ......this book was well worth the wait. In my top 5 of authors she's #1
