Purchased this in December of '09 and after only 3 months the pneumatic lift broke. I was sent a replacement lift but after sitting in it 3 months it is impossible to get the other one out. I weigh 340 so am within it's limits

I like having a big mans chair.

Things that would make it better:

Movable arms - the arms dig into my legs

More padding for the bottom - sitting for more than 30-45 minutes and I start to feel the metal plate.

I have owned this chair for about a year. All is good however one arm rest is coming apart which is not a deal breaker. The chair comfort is good and the it is strong, I am 300 lbs and no problem supporting me. If you are big this is the chair for you.
