I enjoyed this story, but I had trouble believing the female in the story was black or even racially mixed. The author seem to completely skip over the fact that this was an white man and black woman attracted to each other. The plot was great. I found the male very interesting because he was so detached in the beginning of the story. The strong silent type are always interesting. I've read this authors work before and will continue to do so. I would like her to be more aggressive and up front when dealing with the black/white issue.

If you like the antics of a hot male being stubborn, rich, and not knowing how to handle a love relationship until he is put in his place by a good woman, this is your book. This IR romance is a good read with real life dialogue fit for a love story. Sit back and enjoy this story.

Ms. Rochelle did an awesome job with the second installment in the Tycoon's Club Series. It was easy to read and the characters were great. It was also great to read about the characters from the first book in the series. Great job Ms. Rochelle!

This is the second series of the Tycoon's club and as much as I liked the first book, this one was much better. Maxwell is a retired rodeo star and now runs a ranch, he hires Fancy as his personal assistant but soon discovers he can't fight his growing feelings for her any longer. Maxwell is the perfect Alpha male, he's strong, hard, and stubborn. He has a stone wall around his heart and the story does a great job explaining why Maxwell is the way his is. Fancy breaks down his wall and that's something that Maxwell was not prepard for. The author does an excellent job bringing out the emotions of the characters and the love scenes are very passionate! I highly recommend this book. Also I would suggest reading all the Tycoon club series, Ms. Rochelle does an excellent job of incorporating all the characters in all the books so you don't wonder what happened to the previous couples.

I've been waiting forever to Maxwell's story to get released in a print book because I fell hard for him in Dangerous Bet Troy's revenge. I never thought his story would get told, but it finally did.

Okay...let me tell you a little about the story without giving it all away. Maxwell Reed is a rancher and doesn't want to fall in love but has a hard time denying his feelings once Fancy Shayne starts working for him. The two are sizzling from the beginning of the story to the end.

Maxwell is the perfect Alpha male in my opinion because he knows when to be tough but he also knows when to be tender. He's just the all around perfect guy. Plus he's tall, blond and has killer green eyes. What more could a woman want?

I hated for the book to end. I hope that Ms. Rochelle brings Maxwell and Fancy back for the last book in the series...I'm already wondering when Cole's story will be released in print.

I love this story. I have been waiting for book 2 and it was worth the wait.

This is the second book in the "Boss Man" series. Interesting, better than the 1st. It will keep you interested.

This book was awesome! I laughed, cried, and enjoyed the steamy love scenes. I could not put it down! If you have to be in doors with nothing to do make sure you have this book at home. Marie Rochelle needs to continue this series. Keep the books coming!

Forget about wasting your money, don't bother wasting your time on this book. the characters were insulting to me as a reader.

I'M SORRY BUT I DID NOT ENJOY THIS BOOK AT ALL. IT WAS JUST PLAIN BORING. I LOVE STORIES WITH ALPHA MALES BUT MAXWELL WAS NOT AN ALPHA. HE WAS INSECURE AND DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO WIN FANCY'S HEART. I HAD TOMAKE MYSELF FINISH THE BOOK SO I WOULDN'T WASTE THE TEN BUCKS I SPENT ON IT.
