She's a virtuoso of the samba-jazz, the fusion of samba and be-bop created by Johnny Alf in early fifties in Rio de Janeiro. So she's very good with bossa nova, jazz and even mexican and cuban boleros - but just regular as a tradicional samba singer. In this cd she sings classic Bossa Nova songs by Jobim, Roberto Menescal, Baden Powell, Johnny Alf, Durval Ferreira, Mauricio Einhorn and others. Very stylish and chic.
