Pluses
Just about all the tools you'll need in the office.
Zippered pouch to keep it all together so you can stuff it in a drawer somewhere.
Sturdy construction (Stanley).
A level, which I didn't expect to be as useful as it's been (especially hanging pictures or leveling a piece of furniture).

Minuses
Not as compact as I'd like, but still pretty small (don't have it in front of me, but I think it's about 12"x6"x2.5").
A little on the pricey side for the number of items included (over thirty dollars when I bought it).

Bottom line: I'd buy it again. The quality, size and contents are almost ideal for the office.
