This unit has turned out to be an exceptional value. All the nailers work great and the compressor of course has other uses around the shop. After completing my first project using the unit my only regret is that I didn't spring for it years ago. It makes far more difference in speed and quality of assembly than I had imagined.

I purchased the Bostitch CPACK 3 (compressor and 3 air tools). The price was excellent and I was excited to try out the unit. Packaging was very good, and showed no damage. I pulled the compressor out, and the plastic motor housing case was cracked 9 inches on the side and loose. The motor's belt was exposed behind this, but I was going to overlook this, because I don't have small children who would stick their fingers in there. I powered up the compressor, and tried all 3 guns. I was pleased with the quality of all 3 guns. Once the compressor didn't turn off, I turned it off with the power switch. That's when I heard & felt the leak between the regulator valve and the tank. After taking a quick look, I realized this was an obvious manufacturing defect that should of been noticed during a (hopefully) quality control test at the plant. This is when I decided I needed to return the product. I packed it back up, and after checking out the cardboard box, I decided that the compressor was cracked before it was even boxed. It was well packaged, and the crack seemed to be because the unit itself was dropped on its side before it was ever packaged. 3 stars because the compressor seemed of decent quality, and the guns did shoot evenly, and accurately. A non-defective unit would of earned 4.5 stars.

Used it to install window moldings and tack down some carpeting. Worked flawlessly. Love the package, and price can't be beat. Only complained is that the compressor is on the noisy side, but other than that, I would recommend this product highly.

i bought this combo as a back-up compressor but it's going to the front line...
the combo arrived promptly without damage and the compressor and guns functioned perfectly right out of the box.the finish gun punched through 3/4 oak,3/4 ply and into the joist for its first test.all the stuff that comes with this combo(and the warranty for the tools)adds up to a very good value.i've (ab)used bostitch tools for years every day on the job for years and expect life will be no better for this combo;)

I am a weekend do-it-yourselfer. One project that I was working on needed plenty of trim work. After talking with some knowledgable friends and reserching on amazon I decided to purchase the Bostitch CPACK3 combo kit. For a 3 gun kit I thought the price was right and I saw the same kit at Lowes for the same price but I would have had to pay sales tax. Although I have only used the finish nailer, I did test the other 2 guns and they work fine. The finish nailer works great. I have gone through about 1500 nails and have not had one jam. The gun fits comfortably in my hand and is light weight. At start up the compressor is a little noisy but after about 3 minutes it kicks off and only occasionally kicks back on. Being a first time user of a finish nailer I am very happy with the purchase and have saved myself a lot of time.

I bought this product based on low price and the fact that I was going to get an air compressor and 3 air guns, which I was hoping would allow me to handle the majority of our house projects. So far, so good. I would recommend ear protection while using it, as the compressor is pretty loud, and the air guns can start to deafen you after a few shots. For average homeowner - I think this combo pack is a good investment.

I had never owned any pneumatic tools prior to my purchase. I had borrowed a friends compressor and framing nailer for a project. Upon the receipt of my unit I returned his compressor and used not only his nail gun but all three that came with the compressor to finish out a 12 x 14 workshop with storage loft. I would hate to think what it would have been like to have to drive every nail and hand staple the felt on the building and roof. And now my bride wants to build bird houses since it is so easy to nail things together!

The kit arrived on schedule as promised without incident. All promised items were contained in the packaging, as advertised, with no visible damage. All nailers worked well upon receipt. I have already used both the brad nailer and finish stapler in a bookcase project and both worked well. I'm very pleased with the product.

LIGHT WEIGHT COMPACT AND HELP ME GET THE JOB DONE VERY QUICKLY.EVEN MY WIFE HAD ISSUE WHEN I BOUGHT IT, BUT NOW TAHT SHE HAS USED IT SHE TOTALY AGREES WITH ME. GOOD BUY.

Well, this compressor worked only after I removed the housing and actually installed the moter mount screws! There were two out of four missing, causing me to basically pull the top off the thing when getting it out of the box. Also immediately had to adjust the release valve (not normal) so the thing would stop running. There is ZERO quality control on this thing, but if you spend some time fixing it (right out of the box) it should work alright. The Finish gun also leaks at the trigger... again right out of the box. This setup does do what I need it to, but unless you like to repair brand new tools, I would not recommend .Sorry.
