This lightweight (8.4 pounds), rugged framing stick nailer holds 75 nails in its anodized extruded-aluminum magazine. Features include an adjustable fastener depth control, a combination contact foot for nailing and toe nailing, and a narrow nose for accurate fastener placement. It has a comfortable leather grip and multidirectional exhaust. It's great for framing, roof decking, siding, and much more. It will accept 2- to 3-1/2-inch nails. Fitting not included.

Although I've only had this nailer for a few months now, it is a quality nailer. It comes with the contact trip trigger installed, I would recommend this trigger only to those who have used a pneumatic nailer and know what they are doing. A sequential trip trigger is included with this kit and it is safer for the beginning user. I use the nailer with the contact trip trigger and it fires as rapidly as the air-compressor will let you. It is constructed very well and as long as you keep it lubed it works very well. I recommend this nailer to anyone.

I've been using the gun for about three weeks now.
One thing I learned was not to use generic nails because they refuse to work far to often.
You need to absolutly use Bostitch nails.
The Bostitch nails are by far better anyway in spite of the higher cost. The three inch nails are a quarter inch or better longer than the generic nails and are coated as well.
The air exhaust directional feature is very nice but be sure to keep the Allen screw snugged down or the thing will turn and blow your hat and sunglasses off your head at the same time....pretty powerful!
I only wish it came with a hook to hang it on the rafters and ladder.
Its a great gun and nails are easy to find.

I must admit when we first got the Bostitch I was somewhat skeptical but it has proven to be very reliable. I have had two days that all four of my more expensive name brands have broken on me and left us with on gun working the Bostitch. I highly recommend the Bostitch Framing Nailers they are very reliable.
