These are a great set of components at this price. While they are not competition grade, for the average listener these are perfect. I put two pair of these in my wife's car. They are driven by a Crunch GPV1000.4 amp with an Alpine CDA-105 source and complemented by two G110-44 subs in a TL cabinet and driven by a Crunch GPV700.2 amp. I am getting crisp, clean highs (a little harsh for my taste and suprising for a BA set), tight mids, and nominal distortion well above normal listenning levels. I do recommend adding a sub as these are only rated to reproduce down to 58Hz and are only efficient down to the 75Hz range when new.
