This horizontally split housing has a machined bearing seat for a spherical roller fit; bore end surfaces that are machined perpendicular to the base; a removable housing cap to help mounting, inspection, and maintenance; two cap bolts to provide clamping force between the cap and base; and a flat square foot to help accurately align the housing.
