These puzzles are somewhat challenging--generally not as fun or as difficult as the Sunday NYT puzzles. My chief complaint is that nearly half the puzzles are centered around long quotations. I don't enjoy those so I end up only doing half the puzzles.

Puzzles are fine, hard enough, but doable with diligence. But why no ringed binder? Makes doing the ones on the left side pages inconvenient and uncomfortable. Also, paper quality is cheap, and pages easily become curled.

This is a big book of clever, doable and entertaining puzzles from the Boston Globe Sunday edition. For only a dollar or so more, you get many times the puzzles, for hours of challenge and amusement. Some of Henry Hooks are challenging, but if you have a good vocabulary, settle back and have fun.
