5.0 out of 5 stars Boston Globe Sunday Crossword puzzles Vol. 14
Of all the Sunday crossword puzzles in major newspapers, I love the Boston Globe puzzles the very best. The clues are contemporary and one doesn't have to do research for names of obcure rivers, places, or ethnic names, etc. It makes working the puzzles challenging, but non-stressfull. I keep up with these volumes as soon as they are published.

1.0 out of 5 stars Sent spiral bound, was supposed to be paperback
I ordered this item twice trying to get the paperback version (which is listed in the title of item) but both times got the spiral bound version. Calling and talking to customer service did nothing to help, there was NO WAY to resolve this problem even when talking to a live person. Was advised to just order again and hope for the best. One of the most frustrating...

5.0 out of 5 stars Wonderful puzzles, August 25, 2007

This review is from: The Boston Globe Sunday Crossword Omnibus, Volume 1 (Paperback)
Half the puzzles in this attractive book are by Henry Hook, a fine constructor, and half the puzzles are by that dynamic duo of crossword puzzles - Emily Cox and Henry Rathvon. Cox and Rathvon are, in my opinion, the best and most consistent constructors in the business and their puzzles are always a delight.

Calling and talking to customer service did nothing to help, there was NO WAY to resolve this problem even when talking to a live person. Was advised to just order again and hope for the best. One of the most frustrating purchases I've ever made and definitely changes my mind about how wonderful it is to buy things from Amazon.com.

1.0 out of 5 stars Boston Globe Crosswords Vol. 14, November 25, 2008
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
The crosswords are great but the 50 puzzle volume makes no sense. Previous volumes contained 200 puzzles for the same cost. I will not purchase any more 50 puzzle volumes. Disappointment.
