i bought these because i wanted a "disposable" slipper that i could wear for a few months then throw away. i have some body butter that i like to put on my feet and it really doesn't wash fully out of socks or washable slippers and gets gross after awhile.
however, this slipper, though it was cheap enough at $4, just didn't hold up an adequate length of time. within a week the linings had torn out in sections and sort of bunched up and became a discomfort then maybe 3 weeks later the sole of the right shoe separated from the upper completely. i should mention that i wore these probably 3-4 hours per day on average during that period.
a note on sizing: in case you're female like me and you're hoping these may fit you: i wear 8 1/2 B width women's so supposedly i should wear a 6-7 in men's. people said these run small so i bought the smallest (7) with fingers crossed. nope...way too big. i flattened down the heel and wore them like slip ons and they were about 1 1/2" too long. these are pretty wide as well but i read online that that's to be expected...that men's shoes tend to be wider than women's even if they were the same length.
a note to the universe of shoe manufacturers: please make some women's slippers that are styled similar to these! typical women's slippers are so ugly to me.

slippers don't usually provide good arch support, so I would not count this against them! Good value. Hold together well.Published 4 months ago by Karen P. McCarthy
