I was in the need for a pair of burgundy shoes. I'm a little old school and I know that brown shoes don't always cut it. I saw these shoes and liked the appearance of them instantly. They look sharp, clean, and dressy enough for my purposes. My wife (bless her heart) saw these on my wish list and before we had a chance to discuss it...BAM! There they were at my door. When I opened the box, i was a little dissapointed because they looked a little "plasticy" and felt really stiff in my hands. But, I know shoes can be stiff when first bought but soften up after a few wears. But the moment after I tried them on, I knew these were not the shoes for me. They had absolutely NO GIVE. It was like wearing a pair of wooden loafers. I did the "frankenstein shuffle" around the house a few times and decided that these shoes needed to be returned. I figured that if I spent $80 or so on some shoes, they would feel and wear great. The leather was extra stiff, the soles had no "bend" while walking, and they looked too plasticy. So, if you're spending $80 or more on some dress shoes, go with another pair.
The only reason for the two stars is for the customer serivce. Quick and hassle free.

excellent pair of shoes , fitting slightly tighter than expected , good quality leather , comfortable , very reasonably priced , delivered exactly on estimated time.

These shoes have been perfect and are still together years after purchase. Rubber non-slip sole inserts have kept me at full pace along freshly mopped granite, the unique pecan color looks great and the cut of leather trascends the trends of the day without too much boredom. Moc-toe is great at minimizing width.

Received these shoes ahead of schedule, well packed. Well made, and consistent with this brand. Have ordered another pair since.

The shoe is a lighter shade than I had hoped (I prefer a deeper burgundy) which gives it a bit less formal look, but oherwise it's as advertised.

I saw this shoe at our local Macy's but they didn't have my size 13. Checked online and Amazon had the best price and my size. So far the shoe is looking good and fitting right.

Virtually new. No different than buy a band new ones.
I will buy other ones next time I need.

I was in the market for new shoes and these looked good and were pretty popular on Amazon. After getting them, I tried them on and they fit perfectly. That next morning I went to work in my new shoes and after about 10 minutes of walking, I experienced searing pain on the insides of both of my feet. These shoes literally tore the skin off of my foot causing the largest blisters I've ever had. I would not buy these shoes again or perhaps any online.
