My husband stated that these were the most comfortable shoes he's ever worn. The soft leather is so flexible that he feels like he's wearing slippers, and for the moderate price, it's absolutely worth purchasing!

Being familiar with the brand and model we purchased these because they dropped down to an unbeatable price. We paid $27 for these shipped. For that price it was silly not to buy these but my husband who wears dress shoes frequently is particularly fond of these because of past experience. He finds them very comfortable with plenty of cushion, he likes the black leather finish that wear well and of course the quality and workmanship is great. The shoes are well made, the price was the only reason we chose to purchase them from Amazon, they were the cheapest around. So if your in the market add them to your 'save for later' cart and watch for a price drop!

The most significant feature of these shoes is that they are accurately sized, unlike so many imported products (almost all shoes fall into that category). I need a triple E and these are a triple E. If a shoe is not comfortable immediately out of the box, then it is best not to wear it (never mind the "they stretch" or "you'll break them in" nonsense) and torment your feet. These easily meet that condition precedent. They are also flexible, light weight, and reasonably good looking. And at the Amazon price, they were truly a bargain. This is my second pair (having worn a black pair for half a year) which should provide some indicia of my satisfaction. Short of the formerly made in Maine Dexter's (now unfortunately outsourced) these are the most comfortable shoes I have worn in years.

These were perfect. Arrived quickly, looked exactly like the picture and in perfect condition and fit perfectly. We could not find the narrow size our son needed in a shoe he liked in the stores; so I looked online out of desperation. I didn't think that ordering shoes online could possibly have worked out so well; I was quite hesistant. Ended up that this was one of the best online purchases we've probably ever made.

I have been buying the Florsheim model of this shoe for a long time and thought I would try the bostonian. They are so close that they must be made in the same factory and branded for each company.

I have narrow feet and it is difficult for me to find shoes in Narrow. These fit perfect and are the most comfortable shoes going.

I purchased these shoes a year ago for the start of an office internship, and could not believe how comfortable they were. I bought them after trying them on in a store and honestly did not believe that they would stay as comfy as they did. A whole year later they still fit great.

I have also recommended these shoes to several friends, and they all were very satisfied with their purchase as well. Though these may not be the most formal shoes, they are definitely the most comfortable.

These are the best shoes I have owned. This is my third pair. Just like wearing slippers from the first day. No break-in period.

My husband got a pair of these shoes several years back. He wears them at least 4 days a week. He loves them so much he thought of getting a new sole on them when they finally starting wearing out. But we decided to get him another pair instead. I was just glad they still had the same shoe available. He really likes being able to just slip these on. The leather really contours to his foot, and the extra support on the bottom is a plus. A Great casual, everyday office shoe, or nice dress shoe. Will definitely buy again. I just hope they are never discontinued.

I find this shoe the most comfortable shoe for all around use. Its excellent for travel as this shoe is good for walking and business. I wear this shoe in all kinds of situations..in rain, mud and snow and it cleans up excellent. My last pair of this same shoe lasted over 3 years.
