As others have commented, the contents of the box don't really match the description. I got a pump, but no fill tip; I did not get the DVD. HOWEVER, I had a pump from my large exercise ball and an extra seal tip, and didn't need the DVD. In that case, this BOSU was half the price of another one, and I calculated that I could get along without the peripheral stuff. The BOSU itself is club quality, and was quickly pumped with my exercise ball foot pump. It did include an exercise booklet that gave me more ideas than I've gotten at my gym (where I use one of these).

so: if you really want to spend another $60 for a pump you already have, and a DVD you don't use, get one of the other products.
as an aside -- this was shipped in an ENORMOUS box, but on Amazon Prime, that didn't matter to me.

I was a little concerned that the cheaper version of the Bosu wouldn't be as good as the pro version that I use in physical therapy. But personally, I don't see a difference between the two. This is the cheapest price I've seen for the Bosu, pump, and DVDs. I love my Bosu!

this bosu ball sport is awesome, smaller than the trainer which is good because i live in an apartment. very handy and fun to exercise. i recommend

I was a little wary of not getting the pro version, but did some research and figured I'd give it a try. Bought a video separately - and love the workout. Thought I had decent balance until I got on this thing! Was good and sore (especially abs) for a couple of days after my first workout, but wanted to do it again! See no reason to spend the extra money on the pro version. Delivery was quick - the box was humungous, but protected the box inside. And everything that was supposed to be in it was. I'm buying a few more of the videos just to switch it up. Great buy! Very happy with the purchase.

This piece is very multi functional it works out different parts of the body. I would recommend this exercise equipment to those who enjoys working out in the comfort of their own home.

What can I say? It is a Bosu but it doesn't have the DVD descibed. Hopefully Amazon will correct this. Other than a blue vs black base, it works as well as the original that you see in the clubs.

The base is different from the gym kind. It is the same width and the same balance exercises can be done on it. I didn't like that the bottom of it was a rubbery material coating and it sticks to your shoes when you stand on it.

I was introduced to this at my gym with my trainer and decided I needed one for home use. This product is so versatile! I compared this "home" version with other versions available and can't see a difference between this one and the professional version.
The Bosu is fun!. It offers new fitness challenges - standing, bouncing, lunging, or squatting off of it requires stabilization and balance in addition to the muscle work these moves require on flat ground. It's great for cardio, toning, flexibility, and, of course, balance.

Despite this item not being the original Bosu trainer, I am using it.
My problem is that it never came with any instruction booklet; DVD or anything else that was promised.

There wasn't any manual with it, and it is basically a smaller version of the Bosu ball like what you see at the gym. There aren't any handles on it, but it works the same. It is great for an at home gym, and I can do the same exercises with it as the slightly large version. Good deal for the price.
