The bottles are in a plastic bag. Pretty much the bottles leaked into the bags. Seems like they expect it to but then as soon as you get it, you have to clean the bottle otherwise you get oily hands and surfaces where ever you put them down. The product itself is as expected.

The product is OK and I received mine leaking. It is a bit harsh for day to day use but use it for massages or when you have a cold it helps decongesting nostrils.
