The product is OK and I received mine leaking. It is a bit harsh for day to day use but use it for massages or when you have a cold it helps decongesting nostrils.

I am a massage therapist and use this product often - I really enjoy it especially for clients who have allergies or feel "stuffed up" after being face-down in a face cradle. Very good, all natural product.
