I don't know what it is exactly, I am not a scientist nor a chemist, all I know it what I read, and I heard that Inositol is good for you. Sure it can be found in foods generally, and some sports drinks have it in them - but I take one of these pills and I feel more powerful. I feel much better. And it seems Inositol might be something we all need to feel better, so why not take it?
