This is a very beautiful book, the full page botanical and insect illustrations are superb.I purchased this book as a Christmas present for my daughter who is a medical herbalist,but would really rather like to keep it for myself!

After viewing some of the original artwork in this book when visiting the Cooper Hewitt Museum in New York City, I purchased this beautiful book. I have actually framed several of the prints which are adorning my living room wall. The book would also make a great coffee table book as the pictures are worth viewing over and over.

I haven't opened it despite having purchased well over a year ago. But I saw it in a shop and
the illustrations were huge and amazing and beautiful. That's why I had to have it! If you love nature, colour and butterflies and
insects, you will love this gem. I will open one day and absorb properly on my couch.
