Beer, ale, stout, porter, bitter from a hundred different countries. A short write up about the taste, some facts about the type of beverage, a little history, or a recipe. Each day is a different libation with a different story.
While a standard black n white calendar, this is 365 different pages. Saturday and Sunday is not one page. This is a good calendar for someone who likes beer and enjoys a little bit of history. In addition, you get a free download, page a day to your email address. While that selection is limited, there is something for everyone.
This is one of the small group of page a day calendars I consider each year. About every third or fourth year, I treat myself to a beer each day.

This is a nice desk (page a day) calendar for beer fans. It is one of the few (if not the only one) out there. It adds some fun to my workday.

Highly informative, entertaining page a day calendar featuring a different beer each day, written by noted beer expert Charlie Papazian. I am extremely loyal to this calendar and purchase one every year! Excellent resource and entertaining at the same time.

I'm on Amazon today to purchase my husband his 2010 Beer calendar. He is an avid homebrewer and absolutely loved the 2009 edition. He likes reading about each unique beer and appreciates the beer recipes that come up,I believe, once a week. He keeps it at his desk at work and he says it brings some levity to the daily grind. This is a great, affordable, gift for any beer lover.
