Morgan LeBeaux, the only true Pureblood Vampire anywhere around Miami thinks she's making a sacrafice to help save her Vampire brethren ~ the sacrafice being becoming the mate of the Alpha Wolf, Jace Vaughn. She has no idea that Jace asked for the agreement more to get HER, the Vampire Princess, than he did to get the strength he'll gain from drinking from a pure blood Vamp. Or that she'd fall instantly under his spell...

Fighting Demons that are bent on destroying both Vamps & Wolves so they can have free rein in the world, Jace and Morgan find themselves ready to go to hell to save each other...and their races.

This was a short story that Cynthia Eden self published ~ you can find it at Amazon, Smashwords, and B&N ~ and let me just say, YAY! Let's hear it for self publishing!! I loved this story ~ she managed to pack so much into it, and totally convince me that Morgan and Jace were made for one another........and that both of them were made of kick ass toughness!! Grab this up for $.99 ~~ it's a steal!

My thoughts:
The first thought when I finished this novella was, "I wish this wasn't over!"
The plot developed rapidly. The storyline was interesting and the characters captivating! I fell in love with Jace and Morgan right away. Morgan is tough, brave, and determined. Jace is a match for traits. They are both strong willed and a bit jaded - perfect for each other. Their relationship goes 0 to 60 in a couple seconds, but it had to to fit into the story. They bring great things to each other, their relationship and their people. With all the betrayal and conspiracy - trust and faith come hard to these characters - but they find both in each other.

The only downside to a story that I truly enjoyed was the length. I feel that if the story had been fleshed out a bit more - background or more time between Morgan walking into the bar and her falling into hell - it could have developed into more.

This was my first story by Cynthia Eden. Can't wait to read more from this author!

There has never been a book by Cynthia Eden that I have not loved, including this short fast paced read.

Demons are escaping the gates of hell and slaying vampires, werewolves and humans alike. Morgan LaBeaux a rare pureblood vampire princess has agreed to make a deal with the alpha werewolf, Jace Vaughn, in exchange for his help in killing the demons and sending them back to hell. She believes this is the only way to protect her people from being slayed by the demons because they are not strong enough to defeat the demons alone.

Jace has been watching Morgan for years waiting for the time to claim her as his. He offers Morgan and her vampire nest protection against the demons as long as Morgan agrees to become his mate and share her blood with him.

I loved the relationship and chemistry between Morgan and Jace. Morgan is terrified of Jace and the wolves but is willing to do anything to stop her people from being slayed by the demons. Jace, the big strong alpha wolf will stop at nothing to claim Morgan and protect her. Now all he has to do is get Morgan to trust him.
This was a great short read and I highly recommend.

This book was amazing. Jace and Morgans chemistry was something I haven't seen in a long time. It was intense and sexy and I just could not get enough of it. I started it at like 1am and couldn't stop until I finished it. I could not get enough of it.

There is no love building its just there. And you are totally not missing a thing, these two are extremely hot and everything you need. From the moment she walked in and they shared their first kiss I knew it was going to be an intense relationship. The story itself is full of danger and action and you don't know who you can trust. Did I mention how hot these two are together?lol

This is my first read by Cynthia Eden and I am so checking out more as fast as I can! Yes this book was that good.

This is a great little vampire werewolf read. You have a sexy werewolf Alpha, sexy vampiress princess and Demons. Jace is the Alpha werewolf of his pack in Miami. He has been secretly watching Morgan, vampiress princess of Miami for 10 years, only she doesn't know this. He was originally sent to kill her, but instead he decided he wanted her. So it's been 10 years an opportunity has presented itself for Jace to achieve this. Demons have been sent from hell trying to take out all werewolves and vampires. In order for both sides to fight the Demons and win, Jace has presented a solution to the vampire council, let him bond with Morgan a pure blood vampire princess. With this Jace can finally have Morgan and become stronger with her vampire blood.

A very entertaining read for me. It had steamy sex, action and a traitor amongst the vampire race. Jace was very sexy to me, just knowing he has been watching Morgan all those years is a turn on. Morgan, even though she is a vampire and she is strong the author still had Jace be the dominant one so that was good. It's a great short read that was worth the 0.99cent.

Storyline: GOOD
Intimacy: GOOD (I think they broke the bed hehehe seriously)
Enjoyment: GOOD
