this book is a showcase of recent book and print design. there's some interesting stuff in here: sleek, high-tech design alongside handmade, single or limited edition books and promo materials. the work featured is from various parts of the world, and spans different styles, materials, and methods. it's a great book to get ideas from for your own designs, especially if you're looking to make your own book or packaging. also nice to flip through if you're simply interested in looking at some original, sometimes quirky, ingenious graphic design and packaging. the artwork mostly speaks for itself with only a short description of each piece, and interpretation/opinion is left to the viewer (as it should be). the book layout is clean, and the use of bright colors enhances rather than detracts from the artwork presented. all in all a nice little package for the designer looking for inspiration and for those looking for that conversation piece to put on their coffee table.

really good, tonnes of contemporary book, pamphlet & booklet designs from all over the world (even some australian stuff). a nice addition to your design library. i even bought some of the books featured in it!

This book shows us all that a powerful typography book should show. I mean, a compendium of trendy and experimental works with typography and different kind of materials. I think that it is a must for designers to have this book.
