I have read the author's "Boundaries" book and took a seminar built around the book. It is one of the most impactful books I've ever read. When I got back out into the dating world, I decided to give the Boundaries in Dating book a read. This workbook really helped to bring the points home.

No one I know seemed to be able to tell me what rules applied to this, that or the other thing about dating. I was never very good at it before I got married and it was really more difficult now. This book/workbook gives plain and simple ways of dealing with dating and all the stuff that can make you crazy. While this is written by Christian authors, they don't hit you over the head with their Bible. It is mostly common sense for those who want to be respected and respect in kind. It gives you a standard and baseline for what to do, what not to do, and how to deal with this lunacy called dating.

I have read this book and it changed my life. I learned the limitations to put in my life to protect myself from foolish mistakes. The boundaries are also given in the bible.....so confirmation of my actions based on my reading this book is given from the Highest.

I decided to give this book to a friend who is having dating difficulties.
If she takes the principles seriously and puts them into action....she will create her single life to be a more peaceful one.

I reccommend this book to all single people who are dating or who will be dating.

I was once told that if I could not tell my husband or friends no, without feeling guilt, then I did not have enough boundaries. Practical reminders which many women need to read and I expect more than a few men as well.

This book would be great for anyone who wants to get into the dating world and do it safely. But don't do like I did and buy the workbook thinking it was the actual book :)
