After going through many brands of napkins trying to find a good everyday napkin that doesn't shread, leave fibers on your fingers (say eating BBQ ribs or the like) and is comfortable to the touch, Bounty is the best by far. These are not the cheapest nor the most expensive but they work very well for us. The 12 pack comes with a nice assortment of prints and just plain white when you want it simple.
