Book Description

June 2003
Description: Refresh your eyes and your spirit with a year of gorgeous bouquets. The bright colors of a floral bouquet have long been symbols of celebration, comfort, and support. Bouquets raise the spirit and bring encouragement to all who see them. Garden photographer Suzanne Lewis shares some of her finest creations in Bouquets, and names the flowers featured in each arrangement so that you can grow them in your own garden. Notes: This calendar won a Garden Writers Association Golden Globe Award for "Best Calendar Photography" in 2002. Proceeds to Benefit Plant a Row for the Hungry, a nonprofit program created in 1995 by the Garden Writers Association of America. We also offer the wall calendars Heirloom Flowers and The Garden Cat featuring Suzanne's beautiful work.

5.0 out of 5 stars Eye Popping Color and Easy To Read, January 3, 2004
This review is from: Bouquets 2004 Calendar (Calendar)
Beautiful vivid colors here--not diluted like so many I've ordered and found disappointing. The other thing I like is that the individual numbers in the date squares are large and dark and I don't have to be right up close to read them. For me, an essential quality for a wall calendar.

5.0 out of 5 stars Sumptuous Feast for the Eyes, November 29, 2003

This review is from: Bouquets 2004 Calendar (Calendar)
The flowers on Suzanne Lewis's 2004 calendar are eye-poppingly gorgeous. Each month is a new treat that lifts the spirits on even the grayest day. Pinks, purples, oranges, yellows. Lilies, roses, dahlias, camellias, clematis, and more. All are carefully described with their scientific names and every bouquest is uniquely beautiful. You can almost smell their scent.
I love giving this calendar to friends and relatives. It's always a hit and is especially welcomed by folks who have been having a rough time of it. I so appreciate the warm glow that emanates from these luscious pictures.
It's my favorite calendar.
