We are doing our daughters nursery in purple and white butterflies, so we thought we had found the perfect crib set... however, upon receiving it, we discovered that everything is outlined prominently in gold thread - not what we were expecting, or hoping for. We were quite disappointed and returned it in exchange for a simple purple and white gingham set from Pottery Barn. The seller was wonderful - the product, disappointing.

I was nervous ordering this product because the price seemed so inexpensive for the quality and quantity of the set! I love it. It's really easy to find decorative accessories that match it also.

i was actually worried about the shade of purple in this set when i bought it cuz to me online it looks to be a cooler shade of purple and the shades i have in the nursery now are warm. i was afraid it would not match the room but couldn't pass up the 13 piece set- because for this price its an amazing deal! i got the set yesterday and was pleasantly suprised that the color of purple does not look like it is in the pictures its a much warmer shade of purple. its soft and beautiful and matches the room perfectly- i couldn't be happier. and what a deal! i didn't even notice the gold in it, if other reviewers hadn't pointed it out.

I really don't think the GOLD outlining is that big of a deal, it actually looks cute. There is a light purple (kinda pink), gold, some white, and other purples in this set. I bought this for the price because it is a 13pc set and it was cheap! But when you pay such a good price for something, what do you expect? You get what you paid for, everything was there as promised, and it all looks REALLY ADORABLE...but the quality could be better. I would not return this because my husband and I really like the set, but I would have paid a little extra for something better if It was solely up to me..

Finally a girl's bedding set that isn't pink! This is a beautiful set. The quality is a lot better than I expected. Excellent price. Love it!

So I got the bedding in the mail. I noticed that on a few reviews people weren't completely 100% happy with the color and tones of the bedding compared to the online pictures. I am satisfied with it and not disappointed at all. It is a teeny bit on the warmer color spectrum...not quite as cool/cripy as it looks online. But it seriously is so minimal of a difference I don't see how anyone wouldn't be ok with it. Another thing you can't tell is that some of the prints on the bedding (butterfly, diamond shapes...spots) are trimmed in gold thread. It's an embroidered edge giving the feel of applique. You cannot see it online, but it's not a huge deal. I love it actually. Gold and purple :) It's not going to hinder decorating at all. Oh and the shipment came a day early so I was pleasantly surprised!! BUT the material for the mobile is really thin...so if you order it, don't be shocked :) But as long as it is in working condition I don't mind.

Overall I'm pretty satisfied! I love the print and the color purple, so I'm good to go! :)

I absoulty love this set! It is high quality and well made. It is made better than any other crib bedding I have ever purchased. I recieved it so quickly a year and a half ago that I was shocked. I was worried that it wouldn't meet my expectations but It has far exceeded them! It is beautiful and my daughter loves it. I plan on using it for a long time. I have also recommended it to many people. I have washed it myself and it holds up perfectly. It was well worth the money! I recently received the 13 piece lavender bedding set for our nursery. I was pleased with the quality of the product, its packaging, its prompt arrival in the mail, and the economical pricing. The picture featured in the online advertisement is accurate and authentic. While you cannot see the outline of gold threading around the butterflies, flowers, and patchwork, it compliments the array of fabrics used, adding another dimension of color into the entire scheme. It is the perfect set in price and appearance and appears to be functional and purposeful.

I love the set. This is an excellent deal; 13 pcs for $90 is the best. The quality of the item is excellent. I will continue to order things for my baby girl.

This set is adorable, and more importantly it is a great deal. The gold embroidery is very nice, and in no way does it take away from the purple theme we're going for.
