I received my BowWowBag on August 13 and was extremely pleased with the product. It was very easy to attach to the leash and the small size was perfect. The small bag holds my cell phone, keys, hand sanitizer and plenty of doggie bags. It is so great not having to worry about grabbing a doggie bag on your way out the door. It is also nice to stop and chat with your neighbors and not be standing there holding a bag of dog poop in your hand!
Much to my dismay the drawstring broke on August 15. I emailed [...] on a Saturday night thinking that I would probably never hear from anyone. Within an hour I had a response and was informed that my bag would be replaced and that I would also receive another bag with one of their new designs. On Tuesday I not only received my replacement bag, but two more bags, each with a different design and a mini bag, along with a handwritten apology! Best customer service response I have ever gotten from a company.
This product is a must have for anyone who walks their dog!

UPDATE: After two years I am still using this product several times a day, every day. I have washed a few times and bag is still in great shape!

What a great idea... We never had any place to put our keys and cell phone while we walked our dog. The bag works great.. I love all the colors. We have purchased some extra bags for gifts..
