Bow Wow

Bow Wow is the superstar rapper, actor, songwriter, and music producer. He released his debut album, Beware of Dog, at the age of 13, then under the stage name of Lil Bow Wow. When he released his third album, Unleashed, he dropped the "Lil" and continues to soar in music and film. With six albums to his credit and multi-platinum success, Bow Wow is set to release his 7th studio album, New Jack City II, on March 31, 2009. Bow Wow’s film credits include Like Mike (one of the 50 Top Grossing films of 2002), All About The Benjamins, Johnson Family Vacation, Roll Bounce, and The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift. A recurring role in the 2008 season of the HBO hit TV series Entourage and a film role with Academy Award-winner Forest Whitaker in Hurricane Season will add to the laurels for this young man who is entered "The Guinness Book of World Records" as the youngest solo rapper to hit #1 on the U.S. charts. In order to motivate young people to engage in the voting process, Bow Wow used his celebrity voice and kicked off his "Walk Across America" tour in Atlanta, GA, on October 1, 2008, to encourage voter registration and reinforce the importance of youth voter participation. With the success his "Walk Across America" tour, Bow Wow recently launched his latest philanthropic endeavor, "B Leaders." In the months ahead, Bow Wow will be encouraging and recognizing youth leaders across the country through personal visits, radio and video announcements, contests, and online blog entries.
