Great for reading your heart rate during your exercise routine.
This watch is simple to use and it's accurate. I'm know able to get a more advanced workout by monitoring my heart rate. The watch definitely helps you to be more affective in burning calories in your average daily workout. Great tool for the price.

STAY AWAY
worked fine for a week...then it stopped... you have to mash and hold the button for heart rate, while working out this can be difficult. Sometimes have to hold button for 15 seconds to get a reading

Heart Rate is Accurate!,

My husband has had this for about six months. Very easy to use, and most important, accurate. It correlates to within 1 beat with doctor's office measurements. Yesterday, he had a treadmill stress test, and several measurements were taken before, during and after. It was never off by more than 1 beat in the range 80 - 145. That is great for a cheap consumer device.
Buy it. Payoff will be better awareness, better health, longer life.

Pretty comfortable to wear and relatively easy to use. I DO find that often I need to moisten my thumb before trying to get a reading. Overall a good product for the price.

this watch is just ok especially for the price. I bought one before that had way more features and it was cheaper, but lost it. I prefer the mio brand, it does more and keeps track of more info about you.i wouldn't order this one again.

I can't get a resting heart rate reading on this. I actually got one once--after trying and trying and trying and finally moistening my arm (which didn't work again). Also, this watch is very large! I must wear it on the last hole for it to fit, and I am at my heaviest right now. If I lost the weight I want to lose and get back to my old size, I wouldn't be able to get this watch tight enough for a reading (although I can't get a reading anyways). The size on the box is checked "regular," but apparently there is also a small size. I am going to return this because I just can't get it to work.

I've used this watch a few times and it does change numbers, but, really who knows for sure if this is accurate or not ?
