The SelectTech 220 Dumbbell Stand is a high quality product, typical of all the products I've purchased from Bowflex. It's sturdy, perfect for the SelectTech 220 dumbbells, and arrived in perfect condition earlier than the promised date. Assembly was very easy. It comes with a set of casters (wheels) as well as a set of screw-in pads if you don't want to use the wheels. Easy to use hold-down straps for the dumbbells add extra protection during movement of the stand. Dumbbell bases fit perfectly into the stand locations at a slight angle out and down to make adjustment, placement, and removal easy. I used the dumbbells for over a year without the stand, squatting down on the floor to pick up and adjust the dumbbells for each exercise; but it sure is nice to have the convenience of the stand when the exhaustion starts to set in. Super product that does exactly what it should.

Rolling on soft carpet is not particularly easy; and if you have your stand generally located on carpet, you'll want to put something under it to protect the carpet from permanent indentations. The substantial stand and dumbbells together easily protrude into soft carpet.

Bowflex has made some interesting products over the years but I was never willing to invest the space and money for their bigger products.

These adjustable weights are great, perfect for a home office to provide a diversion and quick work out.

There are heavier sets for serious muscle gain but if you are looking for a nice set to maintain tone and burn off some weight and tension these are perfect.

THE STAND IS JUST PERFECT FOR MY BEDROOM WORKOUT AREA. IT CERTAINLY TAKES UP LESS SPACE AND IS MORE CONVIENENT TO USE!!

Easy to put together. Space saving. Worth the purchase for the Select Tech Dumbells.

Unique piece of equipment. The stand make it very easy to change weights at a comfortable height and move around. Great space saver!

I wrote a review a few days ago but Amazon did not post it for some reason. This seems to be a great product but the instruction manuel as others have stated is HORRIBLE. It's very complicated and hard to follow. They need to hire someone else to rewrite the manuel. Also, the Hex Screws that they give you are HORRIBLE. After a week I've still not been able to get this thing put together so that it does not wobble. Why would anyone choose to use HEX Screws on a piece of solid equipment like this. I've been unable to tighten the screws all the way and have hurt my hand several times trying to do so. I would appreciate it if Nautilus would send me regular screws to replace these so that I can put my stand together and use it.

I have been extremely happy with my 220 stand the angle that the dumbbells are positioned is very, very help in picking them up and just the right height of the floor. I would highly recommend it to someone who is on the fence about buying the stand.
