After much deliberation and research, I chose to purchase the Bowflex and I am so happy I did! I have found the HR monitor and the calorie counter to be very accurate. I have very small wrists and the watch fits and looks great, it's not bulky like most of the others. It was very easy to program to begin with as well. I would have given this watch 5 stars and maybe I should have because everything works great, the only reason I did not was because I wish it had a step counter on it. Not really a big deal though. My first attempt with a HR monitor watch was a Smart Health from Walgreens. It said it was a unisex, but was entirely too big for a female to wear, therefore did not give accurate readings. I love knowing that I am working out in an effective and healthy HR zone!!!!!

I was so excited to get this watch! I do spin, zumba, elipticle, power yoga and some weights and have always been curious how many calories I was burning. It took me about a 1/2 hour to set up the watch using the directions. I tried it at Zumba, it worked great (although I thought I was burning more calories than the watch said)the watch can't lie, it's measuring your heart rate. Next I tried it during yoga, not so great, the watch kept moving depending on the pose so I don't think I got an accurate reading. Next up, spin. I REALLY wanted to know how many calories were burned there. It didn't work. I don't know if it wasn't picking up my heart rate or what the problem was, all I know is I work hard in that class and it said I burned 50 calories. Overall the watch looks cute, is not too terrible to program but it is not consistent and buying one with the heart rate strap would probably serve you better.

I have purchased three of these, originally 2 for gifts. Thank goodness I never sent them. The one I kept for myself had a defective button and did not accurately count calories, I cross tested this with other fitness machines and known caloric work outs. So I opened one of the gifts - the light didn't work. So I opened another gift, the caloric count was outrageous, as was the heart rate. I can't imagine anyone trusting these for any valid purposes - it goes without saying that after a heavy work out my hear rate can't be 72 and caloric expenditures 140. I'd do some research and buy another brand. Thank goodness again for Amazon and their great return policies.

I just got my watch today and it is awesome! Counts my heart rate and lets me know when I am at target, and tells me how many calories I am burning. Great price, and so very pretty!

I had done a ton of research on the heart rate monitors and given the positve reviews on here decided to get one myself. I've had it for about a week now and I'm completely in LOVE with it..almost obsessed! I look forward to working out more than before just to track my burn. I've used it in kickboxing classes, on the cardio machines and even on my 1 hour interval walk last night which was a success using the timer option as well! I highly recommend it and it also looks very feminine and sleek on any wrist : ) My only hangup was that it couldn't be shipped to Canada but I had it sent to a friend in the U.S. and it was well worth the trouble :)

This fit watch is working great. I needed a heart rate monitor to keep me in the fat burning zone but was afraid that one with a strap wouldn't stay in place. This one does the trick. I use it everyday.

This product has really bitten the dust for me. I workout very hard and sweat a lot. This watch does not give the proper reading, its made for working out, right?!? duh. but maybe I just sweat to much, Im returning it. The only thing I could figure out is because it wasnt getting the right signals from my pulse bc of the sweat. but i need something that is made for "working out". Dont buy this product get a HRM that works well.

every since I started wearing my Bowflex heart monitor I can keep my heart rate where I want it . I get a much better workout. I am suprised to see how many calories I burn at a higher heart rate.

Perhaps it's difficult to measure heartbeat through your fingers. But the variability of this monitor was such that it is no longer used. Bad information is worse than no information. Easier to take one's own pulse, count for 6 seconds, multiply by 10.

I love this watch. It was very easy to set up and use. The size is great for a woman as most men's or generic watches are too big for me. I use it every day at the gym.
