Bowhunting A to Z, June 20, 2001
This review is from: Bowhunter's Encyclopedia (Paperback)
This book takes on the daunting task of supplying some solid information about EVERYTHING in bowhunting. I have used it as a place from which to start research on a given bowhunting topic. For instance, if you've never hunted mule deer, but have an interest in learning some of the ins and outs, like where to hunt them, how they differ from whitetails, what you can expect in terrain, shot distance, etc., this book is great. If you want a treatise on how to become an expert mule deer hunter, you'll need to look elsewhere. However, since the purpose of an encyclopedia is to cover breadth above depth, this book accomplishes its goals. A great gift book to give a bowhunter.
