5.0 out of 5 stars R&B Lover's Dream!, April 8, 2000
This review is from: The R&B Box: 30 Years Of Rhythm & Blues (Audio CD)
I purchased this box set two years ago and it has been in perpetual rotaion on my stereo ever since. It's a virtual history of Rythm and Blues, from the forties to the seventies, including many gems such as Etta James' "At Last," Big Mama Thornton's "Hound Dog," and many, many more. Many of the artists in this set I had never heard of before, and are now my favorites. Get ready to go to R&B school-you're gonna love every minute of it!
