I've been taking alcachofa for almost 3 months now, and ive lost a total of 29 pounds! i havent been excersising, but the weight just slipped right off. Ive taken hydroxycut and a ton of other products from gnc, but everything made me jittery and i always wanted to throw up after taking a pill. then my moms friend recommended alcachofa to her, and she bought a box. So i asked if i could have a few of the ampolles, and within 4 days i had lost 3 pounds! so i bought some right away! i feel great and i look great! the only prob is that opening the bottles can be dangerous if ur not using towels to protect urself bc its made of glass. Also, i was buying the 10 ct. boxes for on average 15 dollars, but then on a trip to TJ, i found the 30 ct box at costco for 25 bucks! way better!!! but if you can make it to tj, then just buy them here. trust me, its worth it!!!! my whole family is now taking it, and even my friends and co-workers.

I have been taking the alcachofa diet supplement for a week and a half now and in the first week i lost 7lbs!! I have to weigh in every week at my dr but so far this week i have lost another 4lbs!! I eat small meals every 3 hrs and walk regularly.


For those of you that do not speak spanish, take with 4oz-8oz of juice or hot water every morning... I usualy have it with orange juice because thats the only thing that overs the taste... Drink it all at once. The taste is not too bad but it does leave an interesting after taste. The product comes from mexico and they charge $30 a box. there is a 10 day supply in each box.

This product is awesome! I've been taking it for about a month and I've lost over 10 pounds. I take the contents of one ampoule every morning with a glass of milk and it curbs my appetite like nothing else I've ever tried. Now I'm only able to eat about half as much as what I would normally eat. Since its all natural there aren't any side effects. I've made sure to cut out ALMOST all junk food, soda and sugary stuff. I stick to eatnig mostly home-cooked, healthy meals. The results I've gotten from taking the Alcachofa are amazing, I'll take it until I've reached my target weight loss. Now if I could only get myself to start excercising I'm sure I'd drop the weight faster.

This product works for me =) I was skeptical too. I was shocked at how fast I was losing weight (18 lbs in 1 month) I did get a little scared, because I know it's not healthy losing weight too fast. I realized it was because this product didn't make me feel hungry for a long time, I was skipping lunch at work. I had to eat in order for weight loss to happen slowly. So far I don't feel nauseous, headaches, cramps or any pains.

I bought the new version of this product approved by the FDA. You no longer have to break the tips of ampoules to drink the liquid. The newer versions are bottles with plastic caps covered by aluminum caps. I think for freshness and authenticity (factory sealed) they're the real thing. There are many imitation products of this stuff that can cause serious side effects or not work at all.

This is what I did:
I mixed 1 bottle with a glass of juice (I didn't use 8oz it's too little for me) and drinked it every morning. You can mix it with anything, but I recommend apple or orange juice you taste it less.

I tried drinking the recommended water amount, I think it's 2 liters of water a day. To be honest I drinked about 1 1/2 liters. Besides don't they say when you urinate clear you've had enough water? I still drank the water even though my urine was clear, perhaps one of the key elements to make the product work effectively.

I exercised a bit by walking an hour a day in the morning before going to work (not on the weekends). I'm sure you'll be ok if you choose to walk later in the day. It doesn't have to be an hour 30 mins should do.

I didn't go on a diet. I ate smaller portions of my home cooking and fast food. I ate more fruits and a few veggies. Try exercising a bit. At least walk, because what's the point of drinking the product if you're gonna go back sitting on the couch eating the way you did (or more)? It's not going to work. You gotta eat the right stuff to maintain the figure you want for life it's hard work, but it's true.

My side effects:
I don't know if it's the product, but I do feel like urinating a lot...well yeah almost 2 liters of water a day =/
The first days of drinking the product my mouth felt dry, but drinking the water helps and eventually it goes away. You might get this feeling if you drink the product and immediately after that brush your teeth or vice versa.

Good stuff:
It boosts my energy, something I wasn't expecting. I thought it was just for weight loss. In the mornings I wake up, my body feels like it's had 100% rest and is ready to go. I think this is the main reason I was able to exercise.
Curbed my appetite. This worked too well for me...as I mentioned before I was skipping lunch at work (I didn't feel hungry) so I had to eat to slow down weight loss.

When you finish a box (10 bottles) rest use for about a week (eat sensibly during this week) before you continue the next one. This way you continue to lose weight. If you continuously drink the product without stopping you might find losing weight slows down, it might even stop. I believe this happens because your body is getting used to the product.

I take bc pills, the product didn't interfere with them. I was just fine.

This product works differently for other people. What I experienced might not be the same for you. It's not for kids or if you're pregnant. You have to be 18 and over. If you have medical complications check the ingredients to make sure you'll be ok or avoid it completely.

I'll continue drinking the bottles until I reach my weight goal!

I have been taking these ampules for about 3 weeks now, I went from 153 pounds to 140 I lost a total of 13 lbs, and people have really noticed it!!I also was very skeptical about it, since almost everything out there is usually drugs to curb the appetite that make you jittery and you don't know what else it can affect...well I started taking them after I saw a friend loose weight and inches from her body, so now that I am taking them I have seen it myself, of course I am doing better portion control, drinking a lot of water, doing more exercise etc, so everything has helped really but what has surprised me a lot is the desinterest I now have for food, I used to love junk food and sweets specially, now is like just looking at food makes me nauseated literally, i am eating better and with the help of these ampules, i can make better choices 'cause I don't feel like I am starving..I will continue taking them until I come to my desired weight 130.

I start taking the pills and the product works just fine for me.
Now Im taking the VIALS (the US legal version of ampoules) and is awesome, is so strong. Actually I call directly in Mexico with the manufacturer GN+Vida and they told me that in fact the Liquid Version is more strong that the pills.
So I put a little extra money of my wallet of course on the ampoules but it worth.

Yo empece tomando las capsulas primero y el producto fue solo bueno.
Ahora empeze a tomar los VIALES (la presentacion legal en USA de las ampolletas) y simplemente wowww; es mucho mas fuerte. De hecho yo hable personalmente directamente a Mexico con el fabricante GN+Vida y ellos me confirmaron mis sospechas, que la version en liquido es mas fuerte y mejor que las capsulas.
So ahora estoy gastanto un poco mas en las ampolletas pero vale la pena.

After having my third child the weight became harder and harder to take off. I have tried everything in the market for weight loss but this is unlike anything else!!! After the finishing my first box (10 days) I had already lost 7 lbs. I've been taking it for a month now and have lost a total of 20 lbs. I haven't felt this happy about myself in years!!I have lost interest in junk food almost entirely...I feel fuller faster and I have twice as much energy. At this rate I'll reach my goal in no time...with no exercise, who was time to exercise when you're raising three kids!!

I cannot believe what happened to my desire to eat EVERYTHING-gone! I made myself eat today because I was feeling weak! It is not that I feel full while taking this product, just very uninterested in food. The product makes me very thirsty, so I am even drinking so much water than I had previously! I have only done the liquid form a few days, and will not get on the scale yet- but my food intake has dropped dramatically! I would really recommend this product! With that being said, when I do eat, I am making it healthy choices and walking each day! Be smart about it:)

Ahora que tomo las ampolletas de alcachofa de GNVida, me siento con mas energia durante el dia.
Aunque en peso no he bajado mucho, si he visto bastante diferencia en tallas, he bajado 2 tallas en muy poco tiempo.
Tambien ahora que las tomo, consumo mas agua, porque me da mucha sed, y eso es algo que antes en mi vida era casi nulo, podian pasar los dias y yo sin tomar una gota de agua; puro refrescos, jugos, y otras cosas, pero nunca algo tan esencial para el cuerpo como el agua natural.
Definitivamente es un producto que yo recomiendo

I'm a big snacker!!!!!! work out a lot and still didn't loose weight that fast in short time!!!! then I came a cross with Alcachofa .....I read the reviews and still I was skeptical ... then decide to try it!!! wow the minute I took the alcachofa with orange juice or any other type of juice (just make let you know still you can taste a little of the flavor but not big deal!!) as soon as you notice the big change on food habit for more healthier the weird flavor does not matter anymore then here I'm no craving for food at all ,.... I stop snacking !!!! just ate my regular meal I used serve my self two dishes now i serve my self a huge dish and still dont finished it . You feel full super easy and believe you can see the food and you will not wanted it ..I was so surprise !!! you have no idea until you take it... then I wasn't hungry anymore then I have to make sure I eat lol I wasnt loosing half a pound per day with out exercise (i stop exercising so I know is not because I was working out) then now Im ordering my second box Btw i stop using the alcachofa for three or 4 days the 3rd day that i wasnt taking the alcachofa i start craving like crazy again!!!!! so now I will take the alcachofa and work out and see how much weight I loose .. I promise keep u update it!!!!
