I bought this for my brother who is a music major. He loves stuff like this. I was surprised that it had original tracks on it from the 1860s. Perfect sound and perfect collection.

Brilliant is a good word for this set of must have band classics, all of these songs are as american as apple pie. Its a must have for any true patriot or band lover. Sousa is the Motzart of the marchign band world and truly this capture so much more than any other collection.

Instead of a box of classic Marine Band Sousa this is a compilation of original recordings complete with static and mono sound - it was a terrible disapointment.
