This is a great case that fits my new HP iPAQ 111 like a glove. Well made and well designed it was well worth the purchase price

I bought this leather case to help protect my iPAQ 111 from being handled and mishandled. The case has served it's purpose very well. I can throw my pocket pc in my backpack and have it be protected.

I went with a vertical flip case because I wanted to be able to utilized my iPAQ while I was walking around the hospital, for example, since I'm in med school. Therefore, I thought the vertical flip would be more handy than the alternative.

The case does give you room to put a few business cards and a couple SD cards for memory.

On the flip side, the case was more expensive than I had thought when I started looking around for a case, but it's a good case. In addition, since the case is tight-fitting, sometimes all of the holes, openings, etc. don't match-up 100%. Not too much to deal with though.

This leather case is the perfect protection for your iPAQ. The case arrived within three days of ordering, and was appropriately packaged. The vertical format is ideal for using the PDA, and allows you to charge the unit without having to remove it from the case. An excellant addition to your PDA and well worth the price.

This leather case for the HP iPAQ 111 is GREAT - fits the device perfectly. Allows access for plugins and buttons, such as charger plug, SD card, power button, USB sync. I highly recommend this product.

The cover is excellent and fits my iPAQ well. I don't use the belt clip and instead carry the unit in a pant pocket or a briefcase. The leather cover adds to the size of the iPAQ (duh!) but it does help prevent scratches and damage from minor bumps and drops.

Buy this if you want a case you can clip to your belt, you've lost the slip case HP provides, or you don't like taking off a case to use the device. I did not attach the belt clip and wasn't sure how to do so if I wanted to.

This is a very good product. It's designed specifically for the iPAQ 111/211 and allows access to all ports of the device (memory, USB, side buttons, etc). It even has holes for the speakers / vents and LEDs.

The inside of the case can store two Micro-SD cards and whatever pieces of paper you can put in the two very small pockets. The latch closes via a magnetic snap that is easy to use and feels cool.

My only complaints about this product (besides being slightly overpriced) are that the front cover is distracting sometimes, particularly in landscape mode, since it's not magnetically clipped when open. Additionally, the edges of the leather casing made it hard sometimes to manipulate scroll bars at the edge of the screen.

I purchased this with my ipaq to carry on my waistband while at work so I wouldn't set my ipaq down and forget to pick it up. I like the way it fits my ipaq like a glove and protects it very well. For that I would give it 5 stars. I've dropped it enough without injury to prove it. However, having said that, the clip is of cheap quality. The first bump it took, and not a hard one, the screw that holds the clip broke away. What I found was plastic. The screw is metal, but the base holding it to the case is plastic. That's the only reason it gets a 2 rating. I going to replace this case but not with another box wave (designio) brand.

Great product. Provides a lot of protection for my HP iPAQ 111. I don't care for the clip on belt attachment. Does not appear to be secure enough since I use public transportation all the time.
Everything else about the case is great.

I really liked the case (cover) - it protected the IPAQ 111 yet still made it accessible for use without removing the IPAQ from the cover. However, I wanted a case that could clip to your belt. The clip that comes with the vertical model (horizontal does not have a belt clip)screws onto the side of the case and makes the IPAQ stick far out and "dangle" loosely from your belt. I wore it around the house for a day to try it out and found it catching on corners and objects, etc. I hesitated returning it because I liked the cover, but in the end decided that the belt clip made in unusable for my purposes - I just know that it would catch on something someday and tear away from my belt. Also, it created a noticeable bulge under my suit jacket. I was told by someone that all "add on" clips were like this. If they made this cover with an integrated belt clip instead of an add-on clip it would have been perfect. So, I returned the item (I was out the cost of shipping both ways) and after some searching found a horizontal case at a national electronics chain store made by Body Glove (actually made for a smart phone) that had an integrated belt clip which held the case close to my body and which fit the IPAQ 111 very snuggly. However, with the Body Glove case you have to remove the IPAQ from its case in order to use it, but at least I'm more comfortable wearing it on my belt and it is body hugging so that it doesn't produce a bulge under a suit jacket. So, if all you want is a case to protect your IPAQ even when you are using it and don't need to clip it onto your belt, the Designio case would be fine, although it does seem to be a little pricey. Having said that, if all I wanted was a case that didn't attach to your belt I would have been perfectly happy with the case that came with the IPAQ.

This case is much much better than the case that comes with the Ipaq. No complaints about it. Definitely a must have with the Ipaq.
