To my dismay, I discovered that this case was not fully padded from the inside. It ended up leaving scratches on my shiny Nokia E71. I threw it away after discovering the scratches; I should have stayed with my original case supplied by Nokia. I had it shipped all the way to Jordan so I could not return it. At least I can save others from buying it.

This would be a nice case for my E71 but the part that attaches to your belt completely fell apart outside in the dark on the first day. Pieces were not recoverable. It is no use to me without the belt clip.

This is a nice case. It is very protective of the phone including the screen. It is not without faults. The metal is a little too slick for my taste. A little bit of rubber coating would make it easier to hold. Also, the bottom bezel of the screen interferes slightly when pressing the D-Pad in the up direction.

The case is strong and protects the phone well.
Unfortunately, you have to open the case to use the top row of keys - annoying. A small shift of the cell within the case would fix this.
The belt clip doesn't fit well on a belt and fell apart in the 1st week.

I bought this case for my husband. He needed a good protective case, which this is protective. However, my husband has no cell phone service while the case is on his phone! What good is the case, if you can't use your phone!? I guess it's my fault for picking out these phones, without checking to see if there was any *good* accessories you could get for it first. Disappointing.

Durable, solid, attractive case. The screen frame partially covers the top keys making them a little difficult to press without hitting other keys. But, overall, it's a good case that doesn't fall apart like cheaper ones.

All the metal material and part of the construction is excellent. The main problem is with the poor plastic protective screen that was scrashed since the first minute I used (you can not clean it because get scrashed). Boxwave should take care of the complementary materials of their or this product. The armor case is very nice, hard, do not scrash the phone, very protective and with excellent metal material. But the terrible problem is the plastic screen. I have bought two cases, one black and another white. Both with bad quality plastic screen. But the black has another problem in the screen: the adhesive or glue used to fix the screen to the metal case is a mess (they do not have a quality control with this adhesive and part of it is over the screen giving a very bad aspect). Take care of the screen and install a better material even if we have to pay a few more dollars. Polycarbonate would be fantastic, repeat even if the case is more expensive.- Regarding what other people said about the problem concerning the upper key of the phone and the difficult to click it that kind of review is true but is a minor problem: depends of the size of your fingers. I have two days with it and after I have cleaned with a soft cloth get scrashed. Not recommended for the terrible SCREEN.

The case itself is fantastic. It's snug, fits the phone great, sturdy, and well thought out. On the other hand, the clip that connects the case to your belt sucks. It comes apart *very* easily. The upside is that it can be put back together. I've been contmplating using epoxy to keep the clip from splitting, but Im afraid that if it does come apart after being epoxied- it will be impossible to put back together... All in all its not bad if you are only in an office type environmentand dont bounce around much - but even the crush of being on a subway was enough to snap the clip....Nokia E71 Armor Case - The Metal Case (Black)

Compré esta funda ya que la de Krusell me dejó con deseos de algo mejor. Boxwave me pareció una excelente opción de servicio, inclusive si la hubiera comprado directamente con ellos me habría ahorrado USD 5.00 de shipping pero ni modo, otra vez será. Volviendo al "case" es sumamente bueno. Buen "fit", resistente y lo mejor de todo... giratorio, eso es muy importante cuando estás en un trabajo en el que el teléfono se golpea mucho. ¿Por qué no 5 estrellas? El acceso a los botones cercanos a la pantalla se me dificulta un poco al chocar con el marco de metal que rodea la pantalla. Talvez con dedos más delgados eso no sea un problema pero desafortunadamente no es mi caso.
